Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior catering, banquet, and event setup experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required; food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules for timely service.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
• Determines workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup and changes.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints.
