Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Catering Coordinator in Boston, MA. This role focuses on overseeing and executing client catering events, coordinating staff, and ensuring exceptional service and presentation.

The successful candidate will assist with event planning, menu coordination, and on-site supervision to deliver seamless experiences for clients across our hospitality programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and coordinate catering events with Chef Manager guidance.
• Oversee catering services to ensure client satisfaction and standards.
• Meet with prospective clients to review event requirements and scheduling.
• Set up and breakdown catering events including seating and food displays; supervise staff.
• Assist in purchases and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure food safety practices.
