Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Catering Coordinator/Front of House for North Reading, MA to oversee client catering events, coordinate staff, and ensure exceptional service from start to finish.

Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will manage event logistics, assist with menu planning, supervise staff, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, execution and coordination of various catering events according to client standards.
• Provide oversight of catering services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• May supervise staff in execution of events and assist with setup/breakdown and scheduling.
