Job summary

Aramark at Oracle Park invites a driven Catering Services Manager to lead all catering operations for game-day events and on-site catered functions. You will direct the catering teams to deliver outstanding service, manage events from start to finish, and ensure alignment with client expectations and Aramark standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record in hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years in catering operations or related hospitality management.
• Experience in a management or supervisory role; union environment experience is a plus.
• Available to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events.
• Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and setup of events from banquet orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions.
• Train and lead catering employees to ensure event standards are met.
• Provide completed Banquet Event Orders and QA for all requests.
• Responsible for delivering food and labor targets.
• Execute catering events of varied size and scope including staffing and management.
• Ensure accurate reporting of catering revenue, expenses, and receivables.
• Train, schedule and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with food, occupational, and environmental safety policies.
