Job summary

Middlebury College is seeking an On-Call Server/Catering Staff member at the golf course to support banquets, tournaments, and special events. This part-time, hourly role provides flexible event-based service to ensure guest experiences are smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities include setup, serving, cleaning, and collaborating with event leads, kitchen staff, and other servers. The position is typically active April through October with no guaranteed hours, and the base wage is $17.35 per

Qualifications

• Prior banquet or catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including table settings, buffet prep, and service stations.

• Follow event timelines and directions to keep service running smoothly.
