The role requires flexibility across multiple events per week, with responsibilities from menu development to staff coordination and compliance with safety standards. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering operations, event planning, or hospitality management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
• Certificate in Food Safety required (TIPS, Servsafe).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Catering Manager and clients to define event requirements.
• Oversee event setup, equipment rentals, décor, and staffing.
• Support menu development and customization for client needs.
• Manage inventory, orders, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and SOPs.
