Canyons Coffee is the premier mobile espresso bar and specialty coffee catering service in Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah. We bring the luxurious experience of a specialty coffee shop directly to events across the metro area. Our baristas craft lattes, americanos, cappuccinos, and more for event guests, creating a unique and memorable experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Manager (Mobile Barista) based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Catering Manager will oversee our coffee cart operations, lead the coffee cart team, prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, coordinate with event hosts, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing catering logistics, maintaining inventory, setting up and tearing down the mobile espresso bar at various events, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

This role is more than a typical barista job! You'll work with clients like Adobe, American Express, Ralph Lauren, Sundance Film Festival, and many others. The position is dynamic and fun. It involves making coffee, navigating large venues, lifting heavy items, communicating clearly with clients, and serving with excellence.
