About Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club

A revolutionized dining, drinking and entertainment establishment opening mid-September across from Vivint Arena in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway. Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex will feature a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub and a cocktail lounge with bowling.

Position Summary

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the front of house, including planning, training, and organizing staff and restaurant activities.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive professional service and feel welcome.
• Handle pressure and stress professionally.
• Ensure food and drinks are prepared according to standards.
• Work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Maintain appearance standards as per Employee Handbook.
• Make employee-related decisions aligned with company policies.
• Control cash and receipts following accounting guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per Health Department standards.
• Support and communicate with co-workers, embodying teamwork.
• Train in different restaurant positions and seek advancement.
• Communicate product needs to the General Manager.
• Act with integrity and pursue continuous improvement.
• Report equipment or furniture damage immediately.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
