About Mar | Muntanya Restaurant

Mar | Muntanya Restaurant celebrates authentic Spanish cuisine and culture, drawing parallels between the landscape of northern Spain and Salt Lake City’s natural surroundings, creating a unique dining destination open for lunch and dinner.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide libations and offer customized recommendations to guests.
• Maintain an attractive bar, familiar with latest mixology trends, bar equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Engage in casual conversation, showcase creativity, and build on previous bartending experiences.
• Understand state and local serving guidelines.
• Some serving shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in an upscale environment required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
