Job Summary

We seek an experienced Catering Manager to oversee a busy corporate dining account. This role requires a passionate, detail-oriented hospitality professional responsible for executing all catering events, supervising sales, event communication, staffing, planning, delivery, setup, cleanup, and invoicing.

• Ownership and oversight of daily catering operations
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing team
• Knowledge of culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability

• Experience with web-based ordering systems
• Proficient in MS Office and business systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and supervise 5-10 hourly employees
