Job summary

We are looking to add an experienced Catering Line cook to work with a highly motivated kitchen staff at Macquarie in New York, NY for our Constellation division. You will prep, cook, and serve for catering and events in a fast-paced environment.

Must have at least one year of culinary experience in high-volume scratch cooking, strong knowledge of culinary methods, and excellent attention to detail. Customer service is required; Monday-Thursday shifts (4-10 hours) with full-time status.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
