Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and production sheets.
• Adherence to HACCP guidelines and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from Chef.
• Prepare items per production sheets and recipes.
• Complete production worksheets and waste logs; taste for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and store items with proper labeling.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and health/sanitation procedures.
• Take customer orders and serve at multiple stations.
• Resolve customer concerns and assist as needed.
