Life Alive in Burlington, MA is seeking a Catering Lead to supervise daily catering operations across production, staging, packaging and delivery. You will coordinate with the cafe team to maintain proper par levels, in-stock positions, and product quality.

Ideal candidates are collaborative, communicative, and able to coach staff while managing orders and inventory. This full-time role supports growth of off-premises catering within a vibrant community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day catering operations and delivery coordination.
• Organize orders, production quantities, and timing with cafe team.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of packaged orders.
• Enter catering orders into POS and process payments.
• Assist with inventory planning and staffing needs based on orders.
• Support back-of-house training and other placements as needed.
• Track catering sales with GM support.
