Job summary

Life Alive Cafe, LLC is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee the day-to-day catering operations. You will coordinate production, staging, packaging and delivery, and collaborate with the cafe team to ensure accurate orders, quality, and on-time fulfillment.

You are an active learner with strong communication, capable of coaching teammates, handling stress with optimism, and growing our off-premises catering to energize the community from our Burlington, MA location.

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of the Catering Menu
• Manages ordering channels and schedules for the day and week
• Coordinates production, staging, packaging, and delivery
• Ensures orders are accurate and meet quality specs
• Enters catering orders into POS and processes payments
• Assists with inventory and staffing planning based on demand
• Supports café team and participates in back-of-house tasks
• Tracks catering sales with cafe GM
