Job summary

Barrel & Boar Catering is hiring Catering Assistants and Catering Leads for our daytime event team in Lancaster, Ohio. These are early morning starts (coffee-first people), with most events wrapped up by 2 PM—so you can work hard and still enjoy your day.

There are approximately four evening events a month. Leads will manage small teams, set up and execute offsite catering events, deliver and present our BBQ with pride, and keep things clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Availability for early morning shifts.
• Lead positions require driving and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift, move, and hustle when needed.

Responsibilities

• After qualifying as a lead, pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour.
