Panera serves up familiar, fantastic catering experiences. As Catering Lead, you will manage catering orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure guests receive warm, proactive service.

You’ll help plan events, respond to inquiries, and guarantee prompt, accurate food delivery while upholding health and safety standards. You’ll build enthusiasm for Panera’s catering offerings, support local businesses and schools, and collaborate with managers to foster a culture of warmth and growth across the

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Own a vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Deliver orders to events and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
