Salata is looking for a part-time Catering Lead in Alpharetta, GA. You will work with GMs and DOC/CSM to direct catering operations, train staff, and coordinate daily orders for flawless execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational catering efforts with GM, DOC and CSM
• Train team members on catering operations
• Coordinate daily catering orders and ensure flawless execution
• Manage catering call-backs and guest satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and maintain rapport with clients
• Maintain and stock catering collateral in-store
• Own the store delivery area and follow it closely
• Keep delivery van clean and stocked with an emergency kit
• Manage house accounts and payments with DOC
• Participate in account maintenance calls and client communications
• Update database to track orders
• Provide catering items and paper goods with every order
• Ensure orders are accurate and on time
• Assist with upselling extras when taking orders
• Use POS and online ordering to enter client orders
• Participate in local marketing events
• Adhere to safety and company policies
