Responsibilities

• Direct operational efforts in catering orders and daily activities.
• Train team members on catering operations.
• Communicate product and staffing needs daily with managers.
• Manage catering call-backs to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and compliments with management.
• Ensure catering collateral is displayed and stocked.
• Own the delivery trade area and follow it closely.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and stocked for emergencies.
• Maintain house accounts and payments with management.
• Update database to track orders and ensure accuracy.
