Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to drive our catering operations in Noblesville. You will plan and customize catering orders, ensuring craveable food and smooth hosting experiences for events, with a focus on friendly, proactive service.

The role emphasizes leading orders, coordinating with guests, and delivering on Panera's high standards while supporting the team and local business outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic food safety training or Food Handler's Card as required by law.
• Own a vehicle with acceptable driving record for delivering orders.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
