Panera Bread in Fishers, IN is looking for a Catering Lead to coordinate events, plan menus, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of Panera dishes. You will manage orders with a focus on memorable guest experiences and proactive follow-ups.

You will deliver friendly service, uphold health and safety standards, and help grow Panera catering in the local area, working with managers and teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Reliable self-starter with solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Must have own vehicle and clean driving record for deliveries
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 25–50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with delivering orders to events
• Strictly follow health and food safety standards
• Maintain Panera's quality and craveable food offerings
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed
