Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, deliver craveable Panera dishes to events, and ensure excellent guest service with strict adherence to food safety standards.

You will market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events, support the team, and help build a warm, growth-oriented culture. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a valid driver's record.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Own vehicle with valid driving record for delivering orders
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain high quality and craveable Panera dishes.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
