Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage and produce catering orders, ensuring memorable guest experiences with warm service and proactive follow-ups. You will assist with delivering orders, uphold health and safety standards, and promote Panera Catering to local businesses and events.

The role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, a vehicle for deliveries, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining Panera's standards.

Qualifications

• Must have basic food safety knowledge and training (Food Handler's Card as required)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Enjoy working with people and strong communication abilities
• Self-starter with ability to meet goals with limited supervision
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's quality standards for craveable food.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
