Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee catering operations, plan events, and ensure guests receive craveable food with friendly service.

You will manage catering orders, coordinate deliveries, uphold health and safety standards, and promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events while supporting your managers and team members in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Own vehicle for delivering orders; valid driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication in loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Promote Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
