Panera Bread in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, help guests plan events, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of craveable Panera dishes while upholding health and safety standards.

You will work with a friendly team, create memorable experiences for customers, and market Panera Catering to local schools and businesses while supporting managers and teammates to foster a warm, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card).
• Own a vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Build excitement and interest in Panera's catering offerings.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
