As part of Panera's catering team, you will engage with local businesses, schools, and events, while upholding the brand's warmth and hospitality. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to handle peak times with care.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and training (Food Handler's Card) as required by law.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build Panera's culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
