Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee catering orders and guest experiences. You will coordinate orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high food safety standards while promoting Panera’s catering options to local businesses and communities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment on site in Webster Groves, MO.

Qualifications

Minimum age: 18 years.
Food Handler's Card as required by law.
Own vehicle with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift, push, or pull objects 25-50 pounds.
Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
Able to clearly communicate in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
Market Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
