Panera Bread in Concord, NC is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee catering operations for events. You will manage and produce catering orders, help guests plan delicious Panera dishes, respond to inquiries, and guarantee smooth, on-time service with craveable food.

This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to lift 25–50 pounds, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a valid driver’s license for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Food safety handling knowledge or training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with minimal supervision

• Must have vehicle and valid driving record
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for several hours
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
