Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage and produce catering orders, ensuring delicious Panera dishes for events. You will deliver orders, provide friendly service, and follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s record and a Food Handler’s Card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people skills and enjoy working with customers.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and valid driving record.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
