Job summary

Modern Market Westlake is seeking a Catering Lead Coordinator to ensure a smooth catering experience for clients, from taking orders to delivery and presentation. This role also supports hourly restaurant duties when needed, such as cashiering or guest assistance.

You’ll build relationships with clients, pursue new catering opportunities in the community, and follow the Modern Market Catering Strategy. We offer living wages, free meals during shifts, and a solid benefits package for full-time

Qualifications

• Must hold valid food handler certification and Texas TABC.
• Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage catering order process from receipt to delivery and presentation.
• Prepare dry goods and food; ensure timely delivery per client expectations.
• Foster relationships with existing clients and pursue new catering opportunities.
• Fulfill hourly duties in the restaurant (cashier, guest assistance, line support) when needed.
