Modern Market Westlake is hiring a Catering Lead Coordinator in a fast-paced open-kitchen setting. You’ll ensure a smooth catering experience, from receiving orders to preparing and delivering, while fostering existing client relationships and pursuing new catering opportunities.

The role requires friendly, punctual service and flexibility for nights/weekends. It also includes hourly duties at times and full-time benefits. Pay is $17-$23 per hour with living wages and free meals.

Qualifications

• Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas).
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth catering experience for clients, from receiving orders to preparing and delivering them on time.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities within the community.
• Manage catering orders, assemble and verify accuracy, and implement the catering strategy.
• Handle occasional nights and weekends with a friendly, accommodating demeanor; perform hourly restaurant duties when needed.
