You will also perform related hourly restaurant duties as needed. Ideal candidates will have certified food handling and Texas TABC, a valid vehicle with insurance, and availability for evenings or weekends.

• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage.
• Availability for occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth catering experience from order receipt to delivery and presentation.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities within the community.
• Manage catering orders from receipt to delivery; assemble and verify orders for accuracy.
• Fulfill hourly restaurant duties when not catering, such as cashier or guest assistance.
