Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth catering experience for clients, including preparing dry goods, food, and timely delivery and presentation.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities for expansion within the community.
• Manage the catering order process from receiving orders to preparing and delivering them promptly as per client expectations.
• Fulfill hourly duties within the restaurant during down times (e.g., cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line).
