Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a Catering Lead Coordinator for Modern Market Westlake. The role focuses on delivering a smooth catering experience from order intake to delivery, while building client relationships and pursuing new catering opportunities.

You will also perform related hourly restaurant duties as needed. Ideal candidates will have certified food handling and Texas TABC, a valid vehicle with insurance, and availability for evenings or weekends.

Catering Lead Responsibilities:

The main focuses of the Catering Lead Coordinator position revolve around ensuring a smooth catering experience for clients. This involves various tasks such as preparing dry goods, food, and ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Additionally, the Catering Lead Coordinator is tasked with fostering relationships with current clients and seeking new opportunities for catering expansion within the community.

They should possess expertise in managing the catering order process, from receiving orders to preparing and delivering them promptly as per client expectations. Competency in assembling and verifying catering orders to ensure accuracy, while implementing the Modern Market Catering Strategy, is essential. Flexibility to handle orders promptly, including orders that arise on occasional nights and weekends, with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor towards clients.

Furthermore, the Catering Lead Coordinator must exhibit qualities such as friendliness, politeness, punctuality, and adaptability to client needs. Beyond catering duties or during down times, the role also includes the responsibility of fulfilling hourly duties within the restaurant, which may include cashier duties, guest assistance, or supporting the line as needed.
