Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Catering Senior Captain at the University of Portland in Portland, OR. This full-time role supervises the Catering Department and supports events.

Qualificações

• Previous food service or hospitality experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Catering Department employees and assists in performance appraisal.
• Determines workload from catering orders and coordinates events.
• Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup, changes, and issues.
• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to scheduled catering functions.
• Returns equipment and utensils to the catering facility after events.
• Ensures sanitation, proper temperatures, and orderly work area.
