Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating setups, transporting food and supplies, maintaining sanitation, handling customer interactions, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience is required.
• Previous catering experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and food handler or alcohol server permit may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Catering Department employees and assists in performance appraisals.
• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to scheduled catering functions.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and work area.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Ensures proper presentation and serving temperatures.
