Job summary

Chick-fil-A Frisco is seeking a Catering Lead to drive off-premise sales and manage all catering operations, from lead generation to client consultation, menu planning, logistics, and on-site/off-site execution.

You will partner with kitchen leadership, coordinate delivery, adhere to food safety standards, and build lasting client relationships while upholding Chick-fil-A's hospitality and brand standards.

• Manage inbound catering inquiries, menu consultations, payment processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership on prep schedules, volumes, and dietary needs.
• Organize delivery schedules, route optimization, and event setup.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain catering equipment, vehicles, paper inventory, and display items.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and secure recurring business.
• Track sales targets, expenses, labor costs, and monthly revenue.
• Coordinate outside events and mascot/brand appearances.
• Manage third-party delivery relationships (Grubhub, DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates).

• Perform post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and secure recurring business.
• Track sales targets, operational expenses, labor costs, and monthly revenue performance.
• Look for unique opportunities to show unreasonable hospitality to clients and guests.
• Coordinate outside events, Community Care Events, and mascot/brand appearances.
