PURALIMA CANTINA is seeking a talented Catering Lead to add to our team!

Position Overview :

As the Catering Lead, you are key to the success of our catering business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our catering business, driving sales through building relationships with local businesses and current guests. Additionally, you will be a role model amongst our FOH team and maintain our company standards regarding food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate. At PURALIMA, we are committed to growing our leaders from within, and the Catering Lead role is vital for our continued success and growth.

Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities :

• Own the success of our catering operations by managing and overseeing the production and completion of catering orders.
• Communicate with and support all catering guests to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have opportunities to learn and grow.
• Motivate, inspire, and challenge the team to achieve and surpass company goals and standards.
• Execute, control, and direct the preparation of all food, ensuring food safety and quality control.
• Resolve conflicts promptly and professionally, building strong relationships.
• Manage the Online Ordering (OLO) station, ensuring orders are accurately completed by the promised pick-up time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant environment.
• Monitor COGS, food waste, inventory levels, and resolve any food quality or safety issues.
• Live and represent the PURALIMA brand consistently.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
• Strong sales skills to increase catering sales.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.

• Management experience in the restaurant industry.
