Job Description

The Multi-site Catering Lead is a professional, client-facing position requiring excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, appropriate attire, and experience in barista and catering services. The role involves driving within the downtown Philly area and necessitates the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a safety culture that promotes a work environment free of injuries.
2. Facilitate external customer relations; represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events.
3. Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards through checklists, supervision, and follow-up.
4. Participate in and help develop training programs for employees.
5. Implement and adhere to Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
6. Operate registers/POS systems, handle transactions, and assist customers.
7. Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to standards.
8. Manage cash drawers, make deposits, and follow cash handling policies.
9. Set up and break down coffee bars and stations, maintaining cleanliness.
10. Stock supplies and follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel or banquet setting preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred; barista experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills required.

• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
