Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Winona, MN is hiring a full-time Catering Captain to coordinate catering staff schedules and ensure all functions are delivered, served and cleared in a timely fashion. You may drive a truck to deliver food and beverages under the supervision of the Catering Director.

Requirements include prior catering or restaurant service experience; a valid driver's license and/or food handler's permit where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or restaurant service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required and food handler's permit/alcohol server permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure functions are delivered, served and cleared in a timely fashion.
• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
