Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle is seeking a Catering Sales & Conference Services Manager to lead catering and event revenue generation, owning client relationships from inquiry through execution while partnering with F&B, Banquets, Culinary and hotel operations to ensure seamless, profitable events.

We require hotel/venue catering sales experience, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering sales or conference services in a hotel or event venue.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational finesse.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and calm under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Delphi/Salesforce or Opera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact from contract through event completion.
• Detail all assigned hotel events including menus, timelines, AV needs and billing.
• Prepare contracts, BEOs, event resumes and related documentation.
• Lead pre-event planning meetings and coordinate across departments.
• Review event performance and complete post-event follow-up to drive repeat business.
