Job summary

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno, NV seeks a Catering & Events Sales Manager to drive catering event sales, contract negotiations, and seamless coordination for Peppermill clientele.

You will focus on client satisfaction, food and beverage revenue growth, and service excellence while collaborating with the Director of Catering, Sales, and Food & Beverage to expand business and improve performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience of Catering or Convention Services management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Sells, contracts, negotiates, coordinates and communicates catering events with a focus on client satisfaction, food & beverage revenue generation and service excellence.
