You will work closely with the Executive Chef, staffing team, event personnel, preferred vendors, and accounting department to ensure every event is thoughtfully planned, smoothly executed, and financially successful.

The ideal candidate has a proactive, “can‑do” attitude, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and builds lasting relationships with both corporate and private clients.

  • Event Staff Supervision: Supervise event staff onsite to ensure a timely set‑up, and check in with staff prior to and after the event.
  • Financial Oversight: Finalize final invoices in a timely manner for review with accounting prior to sending to the client to ensure accuracy and maximize profit goals.
Strategy & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Market Awareness: Monitor the local competitive landscape to protect profit margins and meet revenue targets.

  • Reporting: Complete administrative tasks and provide regular activity reports to your direct manager.
  • Community Presence: Represent Heirloom Catering professionally at community events, industry organizations, and trade shows.
