Job summary

Desert Hospitality Management, LLC Career Center is seeking a Catering & Service Coordinator to support the sales and marketing of catering services, F&B offerings, and banquet facilities through direct client interaction. The role focuses on maximizing revenue and client satisfaction while coordinating with hotel and F&B teams.

Proposals, contracts, and banquet orders are prepared, with compensation comprising hourly pay plus 4% commission on catering revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality-related work experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales related computer programs required.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state and MVR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and marketing of catering services, food & beverage offerings, and banquet facilities through direct client interaction.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders and Banquet Checks.
• Coordinate with hotel and Food & Beverage to ensure service delivery and event requirements are met.
• Help achieve revenue goals while focusing on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
