Job summary

Coury Hospitality in Dallas, TX seeks a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This role serves as a liaison between Sales, Operations and clients, supporting the sales process from inquiry through execution, including proposals, room blocks, BEOs, and on-site event coordination.

Qualifications

• College diploma, preferably in Hospitality.
• 2 years’ experience in hotel or luxury property.
• Delphi experience preferred.
• Refined listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with maintaining group business and block creation.
• Build group room blocks in Opera and MARSHA and enter lists.
• Enter individual reservations as needed and ensure billing data is correct.
• Send sales correspondence and Banquet Event Orders to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and clients from inquiry to execution.
• Prepare proposals, resumes, agreements, and BEOs as requested.
• Develop catering and banquet sales tools and menus.
• Attend site walkthroughs and assist with event logistics.
• On-site coordination day of event to ensure on-schedule execution.
