Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales & Catering Coordinator to support the team at Indigo Raleigh in North Carolina. The role focuses on clerical and administrative duties for guest and hotel communications, with a clear path to develop client relationships and contribute to group and wedding events.

You will coordinate proposals, contracts, and follow up on inquiries, while collaborating with sales and other hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or secretarial training.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, and secretarial work preferred.
• Strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency and editing skills.
• Excellent organization and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales managers with clerical duties and guest/hotel communications.
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone and in person in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and related correspondence.
• Coordinate group and wedding business as contracted by the sales manager.
• Maintain organized client files and ensure follow-up within five working days.
• Support hotel with selling strategies and cross-department communication.
