Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar catering role preferred.
• Specialized catering training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute catering events with the General Manager or Chef.
• Oversee catering services to ensure client and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise staff during events and manage setup/breakdown logistics.
• Ensure safety, food handling, cleanliness and equipment readiness at events.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor inventory and costs.
