Job summary

Eataly Chicago is seeking a Catering Lead to manage third-party catering orders (FoodStorm, EZCater) and coordinate with in-house kitchens to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. You will follow up with guests to ensure high satisfaction and identify growth opportunities for the catering business.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Private Dining and various outlets, guiding teams on catering procedures, and maintaining current menus and collateral.

Qualifications

• 2+ years catering/sales management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fluid, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day third-party catering orders via platforms such as FoodStorm and EZCater.
• Coordinate with kitchens, departments and outlets to ensure timely, accurate catering preparation and delivery.
• Communicate order details, timing, dietary requests and special instructions to relevant teams.
• Monitor orders from placement to completion and address issues impacting quality or timing.
• Follow up with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Identify opportunities to grow third-party catering through outreach and partnerships.
• Train team members on third-party catering procedures and service standards.
