Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in hospitality catering or events.
• Strong closing and negotiating skills.
• Comfortable with site inspections and client presentations.
• Strong planning, organizing, and creative event presentation skills.
• Associate degree or higher in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive catering sales and revenue growth for The Seagate Hotel, Golf and Beach Club.
• Set and achieve event and sales goals; develop marketing strategies.
• Collaborate on a diverse calendar of events for membership and manage referrals.
• Forecast monthly and participate in annual budgeting processes.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships and book repeat business.
• Engage with industry groups and vendors to create new opportunities.
