Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Catering/Events Coordinator to enhance the guest experience at our AAA Four Diamond resort. You will oversee group event details and ensure accurate communication between clients and hotel staff.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to high school graduation.
• Able to use Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong multiple project management skills.
• Previous Delphi experience preferred.
• Ability to work under time pressures and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Create files for contracts and correspondence.
• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries.
• Record and distribute messages.
• Organize and file important documents.
• Communicate with hotel associates about sales.
• Assist in other departments when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
