PAH Management's DoubleTree by Hilton Charlotte Airport is seeking an ambitious Catering and Sales Manager to drive banquet, catering, meeting, and group events in Charlotte. This highly visible role rewards a proactive hunter who excels at prospecting, closing business, and overseeing events from contract through completion.

The candidate will collaborate with banquets, F&B, hotel operations, and revenue management to hit sales goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of hotel sales experience.
• Experience selling banquet space, meetings, events, catering services, and group room blocks.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, events, deadlines, and revenue priorities with accuracy and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company-approved reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive sales plan to generate banquet, meeting, catering, event, and group room opportunities.
• Conduct outside sales calls, networking, client appointments, and follow-up activities to secure new business and grow assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and associations.
• Solicit, negotiate, and close events that support hotel revenue goals.
• Manage room revenue and production for group segments and assigned accounts.
• Conduct site tours showcasing rooms, space, catering options, and hotel location.
